MyWardrobe Online uses Stripe Connect to handle all cash transactions, and payouts. Our Stripe integration enables both peer-to-peer payments and purchases of virtual currency directly within our app.
1. User Onboarding & Stripe Account Connection
- MyWardrobe Online is a registered Stripe Connect platform.
- You can download our app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
- After signing up, users go to Profile → Settings and select “Connect Stripe Account”.
- This triggers the Stripe Connect registration flow, where you can securely verify identity and banking details.
2. Payment Processing & Payouts
- Selling for Cash: We use Direct Charges, where you can collect payments directly into your connected Stripe account.
- Purchasing Virtual Currency: Payments are processed using a standard stripe payments flow.
Payouts are transferred to your bank account via Stripe’s payout engine, after they have been reviewed to ensure safety and validity.
